Crosby, Dietrich

Dietrich CrosbyMay 1, 1999 – September 17, 2010

Dietrich "BIG D" Crosby left this earth after a valiant fight with early onset NBIA to be with his Father in Heaven on Sept. 17.

Dietrich was an earthly angel, always smiling even during his last few months of life. He made many friends all over the world with his story of survival and his angelic smile. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin.  He taught all of us the meaning of true love and endurance. He showed us what is important in life.

He left his loving parents and five brothers and sisters to walk and play and ride his four-wheeler free of the pain he suffered. We will miss him and pray for others who fight to survive this dreadful disease. God bless all of you.

We love you, son, and miss you, until we meet again.

In loving memory, Your Family

A million times we needed you
A million times we have cried.
If love alone could have saved you,
You would have never died.
In life we loved you dearly,
...In death we love you still.
In our heart you hold a special place,
That none will ever fill.
It broke our heart to lose you,
But you did not go alone.
For all our love went with you
The day God called you home.
